2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of products and services offered on the website mantolii.com by Amy Carter. They define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of online sales.
3. Products
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, any error or omission in the description shall not engage the responsibility of the seller. The photographs are not contractually binding.
4. Prices
Prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stated. The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
5. Orders
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS. A confirmation email is sent upon order placement. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the buyer.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering and must be made using one of the methods offered on the site: bank card, transfer, or any other indicated option. All transactions are secure.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout, within the timeframe specified at the time of purchase. Delivery fees and estimated times are indicated before final order validation. In case of delay, the buyer may request a refund under the applicable legal conditions.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Exceptions: Personalized products, perishable goods, or items opened and not suitable for return for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
9. Legal Warranties
In accordance with Articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code and Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
- Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)
- Warranty against hidden defects
The buyer may contact the seller with any requests regarding these guarantees.
10. Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages or for damage resulting from improper use of the product.
11. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
12. Applicable Law
These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing that, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts.
